Intellectual Property

  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
  • Client-provided materials remain the property of the client
  • Third-party assets are subject to their respective licenses

Limitation of Liability

  • Aashita.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, plugins, or integrations
  • Force majeure events release us from obligations during the affected period
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and content
