01The short version

  Clear milestone scopes. All custom development projects are scoped and billed against mutual Statements of Work (SOW) or signed proposals.

  IP transfer upon full settlement. Final codebases, designs, and delivered assets transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment.

  Professional diligence. We uphold strict software engineering standards, security baselines, and quality verification.

02Acceptance of terms

By engaging our team, executing a project proposal, paying an invoice, or accessing our systems, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you represent an enterprise or legal entity, you confirm having full authority to bind that entity.

03Services & deliverables

We provide digital engineering services including custom web development, mobile applications, cloud architecture, and artificial intelligence solutions. Specific deliverables, delivery schedules, and acceptance criteria are outlined in individual project proposals.

04Payment & billing terms

  Invoices are payable within the terms specified in each contract (typically Net 15 or milestone advances).
• •
  Accepted payment modes include electronic wire transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and approved online gateways.
• •
  Work commences only upon receipt of the agreed initial milestone advance.
• •
  Taxes: Unless expressly mentioned, quotes exclude local value-added or goods and services taxes.

05Intellectual property rights

All bespoke software, scripts, graphic designs, and digital assets crafted exclusively for the client shall transfer to the client upon receipt of 100% agreed settlement. Pre-existing proprietary modules, libraries, and frameworks retain our underlying authorship.

06Client obligations

The client agrees to provide required brand assets, API credentials, server accesses, and timely feedback during development cycles. Delays in providing necessary specifications may extend target completion timelines.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, our aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from service delivery shall not exceed the actual fees received under the specific statement of work in question.

08Governing law & disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
